SATS Safety and Conduct rules (English version)

We want SATS to be a safe and happy place for all our members, and therefore ask that every member using our facilities act in an orderly manner and follow our safety and conduct rules.
As a member of SATS, you have through the membership agreement approved our at all times applicable “Safety and Conduct Rules”. These rules constitute an integral part of our agreement with you.
If the safety rules or rules of conduct are breached, SATS has the right to deny members access to SATS for a limited period or terminate the membership agreement with immediate effect.
RULES OF SAFETY AT SATS’ CLUBS
All members shall have a current photo uploaded to their profile for member identification purposes.
All members must follow instructions from our employees.
All members must leave the club by the closing time.
Conducting unlawful actions under the laws of Norway is prohibited at our clubs, including but not limited to threats, harassment (sexual or otherwise), stealing or other unlawful activities.
It is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages at the clubs.
It is prohibited to consume narcotic substances at the clubs.
It is prohibited to engage in sexual activities of any kind at the clubs, including locker rooms, shower zones and saunas.
It is prohibited to use our group studios other than when accompanied by a SATS instructor or personal trainer.
Only SATS employees are allowed to instruct and coach members at the clubs. It is prohibited to sell your own products and services at SATS.
All members must familiarize themselves with the location of defibrillators, first aid equipment and the emergency exit at the clubs.
It is prohibited to block emergency exits.
For fire safety reasons, all bags, outerwear, etc. must be placed in lockers.
All valuables must be placed in locked lockers. Lockers that are not emptied before the closing hour will be opened and emptied by SATS employees.
RULES OF CONDUCT AT SATS’ CLUBS
It is prohibited to act rude or disturbingly towards other members or employees of SATS.
It is prohibited to film or take photos of other members or SATS employees, including when other people are in the background, without their explicit consent. Photos and videos in our locker rooms are always prohibited.
It is prohibited to shave in showers, locker rooms, toilets, saunas, etc.
Always use towels or bench clothing in the saunas.
Always wear clean training apparel and suitable shoes for indoor workouts, no outdoor/dirty shoes are allowed when using SATS’ facilities.
It is prohibited to be barefoot in our clubs, other than in group training activities where SATS recommend you to be barefoot.
Always wipe off equipment and return exercise equipment to its proper location after use.
It is only allowed to drop heavy weights and equipment at designated areas.
SPECIFIC CONDUCT RULES FOR CHILDREN /UNDERAGE MEMBERS
Children under the age of 11 are prohibited to access the studio, group studios or changing rooms, other than in conjunction with SATS Child Care. Additional safety rules and rules of conduct applies to SATS Child Care.
Members above 11 years need to be accompanied by a responsible guardian until the year they turn 15 years old.
LOST VALUABLES AND FORGOTTEN ASSETS
SATS is not responsible for the loss of any valuables. SATS will strive to keep assets forgotten by our members for a period of up to 14 days. Hygiene products will as a main rule not be kept by SATS but thrown away the same day.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR MEMBERS WITH ACCESS TO FRESH FITNESS
For our SATS members who have extended access to utilize training facilities operated under the Fresh Fitness brand, these safety regulations and rules of conduct apply equally when training at Fresh Fitness’ clubs. If our safety rules or rules of conduct are breached, we have the right to deny members access to SATS’ and Fresh Fitness’ clubs for a limited period or terminate the membership agreement with immediate effect.
